Alineke van den Berge appointed as new Chief Operating Officer for APG Asset Management

Alineke van den Berge has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of APG Asset Management, effective 1 January 2023. In this role, she will be responsible for Operations as well as for the development and execution of the company’s strategy for innovation, IT and digitization.  Mrs. Van den Berge will report to Ronald Wuijster, CEO of APG Asset Management and member of the Executive Board of APG Group. The appointment of Alineke van den Berge has been approved by the Dutch regulator AFM.

  

Alineke van den Berge has a broad experience in operations, technology and digital transformation processes.  Graduated as an architect, she joined the Dutch consultancy firm TwynstraGudde in 1998. After that, she pursued her career at ABN AMRO, where she served in numerous managerial roles for a period of 22 years. Her last position was Managing Director and Theme Owner Products, Services & Process Digitization.
