Inge Murrer, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Pension Services, is one of the final three candidates in the election for Topvrouw Limburg 2026. The winner will be announced during the final event at Studio Radium in Maastricht on 5 November. The title will go to either Inge Murrer, Vivian Kersten (Rendiz | C3 Living) or Margo de Kock (Stichting Wigwam).
The Topvrouw Limburg election shines a spotlight each year on female leaders who make an impact within their organisations and in society. Following an extensive selection process that included jury interviews and assessments, Inge Murrer has secured a place in the final, which will take place on 5 November in Maastricht.
The nomination reflects Murrer’s belief that talent does not always develop along conventional career paths. Her own background is in HR rather than IT, yet she went on to become CTO of Pension Services. Through her story, she hopes to inspire others to seize opportunities, even when a role or field may not seem like an obvious match for their profile at first glance.
Diversity in technology and leadership
Murrer is also a strong advocate for greater diversity in technology and leadership. In her view, different perspectives lead to better decision-making and innovation, particularly at a time when technology and AI are playing an increasingly important role.
In the run-up to the final, Murrer was a guest on the Stichting Topvrouwen Limburg podcast. There, she discusses leadership, technology, personal development and the importance of diverse perspectives in shaping the world of tomorrow.
