Annette Mosman (57) has been appointed for a second term as the CEO of APG Group, the pension services provider of eight Dutch pension funds including ABP and bpfBOUW. The reappointment, effective March 1, 2025, is for a four-year term and has been approved by shareholders.
As the CEO, Annette Mosman is directly responsible for strategy, corporate affairs, human resources and audit of APG Group. She also directly oversees the business unit that manages pension administration and the transition to the renewed pension system of the eight pension fund clients with a total of 4.6 million participants.
Prior to her appointment as the APG Group CEO on March 1, 2021, Annette Mosman was a member of APG’s executive board as CFRO from 2018. In that role, she was responsible for finance, risk management, IT and data. Her previous roles included CEO of insurer Generali Netherlands and associate partner at KPMG Advisory, responsible for CFO advisory services to major banks and insurers. Following her election as top woman of the year in the Netherlands, in 2022, Annette Mosman has championed women’s financial independence in various ways. She is, amongst others, a member of the steering committee of the National Coalition for Financial Health.
