New leadership for APG Pension Services

Published on: 6 March 2026

Rob Schormans and Wim Koeleman have been appointed as members of the Executive Board of APG Pension Services. Rob Schormans has been named CEO, and Wim Koeleman will serve as Chief Client Officer (CCO).

Annette Mosman, Chair of APG’s Executive Board:
“I am very pleased that with these appointments we can take the first steps toward the APG Pension Services of the future. Five of the eight pension funds we serve are already fully operating under the renewed pension system. We see significant momentum in the pension sector, making it logical to implement changes now that align with this new reality.”

The appointments stem from the new strategy announced by APG at the end of 2025. At the core of this strategy are two strong business units: Pension Services and Asset Management. These appointments lay the foundation for the leadership of the Pension Services business unit. Pension Services works daily for participants, employers, and pension funds, helping clients realize their ambitions through excellent pension services. After completing the transition to the renewed pension system for the eight pension funds APG serves, APG Pension Services will be open to new clients.
