Lineke Sneller joins the Supervisory Board of APG Group

Lineke Sneller (59) has been appointed by the shareholders of APG Group N.V. as a member of the Supervisory Board of APG Group. She will start on November 1 as the successor to Dick van Well, whose second term ends this year. Lineke Sneller's appointment is for a term of four years.

 

Lineke Sneller is an experienced commissioner with a background in technology, innovation, finance, and risk management. She is currently a Professor of Practice in Digitalization & AI in Accounting, Control, Governance, and Auditing at the University of Groningen. Previously, she was a professor at Nyenrode Business University (chair in internal control and added value of IT). Between 2008 and 2013, she was Chief Information Officer at Vodafone and Tele 2. Earlier, she held various management positions at PostNL.

 

Lineke Sneller has extensive experience in supervisory roles, including at Achmea, Van Wijnen, and EY Netherlands. She graduated in business econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and subsequently completed the registered controller training. In 2010, she earned her PhD at Nyenrode Business University.

 

Expert Member of the Supervisory Board
